I didn’t receive the six-digit code. What should I do?

Here are some possible reasons you might not have received the code:

  1. The phone number may be incorrect. 
    Check that you have entered the correct country code and phone number and try again after at least 1 minute.
  2. The message may have been blocked by your phone.
    • For Android users,
      1. Open your SMS/Messages app
      2. Click on the three-dot menu ⠇
      3. Look for “Blocked” or “Spam” to see if the six-digit code is in the blocked message inbox.
    • For iPhone users, a blocked message would not be sent to your phone at all. You’ll need to:
      1. Go to Settings
      2. Select "Phone."
      3. Select "Call Blocking & Identification." You should see a list of all the phone numbers you've blocked on your iPhone.
      4. The verification code should be sent via a 5-6 digit phone number or short code.
      5. If you have short codes in your blocked list, swipe the number(s) you want to unblock to the left and then tap "Unblock."
      6. Request the verification code again after at least 1 minute.
  3. You may have a poor network connection.
    Please wait for a couple of minutes and try to request the code again. You can also try restarting your phone and moving to somewhere with better network coverage before requesting the code again.
