I have linked my PayPal account. Why is it still unticked?
As Kaya Tasks platform is still in its early stage, there might be bugs and other technical issues that cause a disruption in your experience. We'd like to thank you for reporting them and bearing with us as we improve our platform to be better.
If you have successfully linked your PayPal account but the checkbox on the Onboarding page is still unticked, please try the following solutions:
- Ensure that you are using Google Chrome as your browser, then clear the cache.
- If the step above does not work, the issue might be the third-party cookies that you need to enable.
- If both steps still do not work, try clearing the site data. Don't worry, this will not remove your browsing history on other sites.
