How does Kaya Tasks distribute tasks to annotators?

We have received questions from you regarding task distribution: Can the system can allocate a specific set of tasks to each annotator, in the spirit of equal earnings opportunity?

We would love for all annotators to benefit from using Kaya Tasks! However, we have to distribute tasks on a first come, first served basis. There are 3 things we need to note about Kaya Tasks: 

1. As a Kaya Tasks annotator, you have the flexibility to decide your own work schedule and how many tasks to complete. 
2. Likewise, our clients can launch their project on the platform during their own convenient time. The volume, frequency, and complexity of the work also depends on their needs. 
3. Besides quality, speed is one of the most important offerings that keep our clients using Kaya Tasks.

Due to these facts, it becomes difficult for us to allocate a fixed amount of task. We want to stay true to our brand promise by ensuring projects are completed fast, while giving you the freedom to work when you want to.
