How is my performance measured?

At Kaya Tasks, you have the flexibility to choose when to work and how many tasks you want to complete. These personal choices do not affect how we measure your performance.

Instead, we collect and analyse the data on the quality of your annotations. It helps us identify the training topics needed to upskill you into sought-after, high-performing annotators.

Will I be removed for low accuracy work?
We hope to never go down that road! The Kaya Tasks team is committed to make sure you are, first and foremost, supported to do high quality work. At the same time, we need you to give your 100% in understanding the Instructions and annotating tasks as accurately as possible.

The team will still come up with a Ban function and policy, but we hope to only use it for severe cases and for cybersecurity purposes.
