Do clients have access to view my Accuracy Score?

No. The accuracy score is limited to internal use only. Your individual accuracy score is private to you and the internal team who QC your work. This is in compliance with the Data Protection Act which serves to protect your information from 3rd party clients.

However, clients may have access to the overall project accuracy score that you will see on the Accuracy Scorecard. By letting clients have visibility on the overall project accuracy score, they will be able to determine how well a project is performing, and if the project accuracy score is low, they may take the following actions:

• Update the Instructions to be more clear
• Provide more Feedback that will be viewable to you
