What happens if I get a Strike?
A Strike is not to be taken lightly. Here are the consequences:
| 1st - 2nd Strike | A Warning Letter with Personalized Feedback |
| 3rd - 4th Strike | The individual is demoted. This restricts the individual from working on the Project Type where repeated mistakes were found |
| 5th Strike | A final warning letter is issued |
| 6th Strike | The individual is banned from Kaya Tasks |
