What can I do to ensure I do not get a Strike?
Five tips:
- Familiarize yourself with every project’s instructions
- If there is training, attend it. If you can’t, view the recording to ensure you understand what the trainer, project manager or QC Lead has shared. If there are assessments, do it with integrity, without copying or referencing someone else’s answers. Your understanding of the instructions will be reflected in the actual work - so better be diligent than utilize shortcuts.
- When working, take the time to do good work. Make sure your annotations are tight and your labels are rightly selected
- When in doubt, either skip the task or ask the community on discord
- Double, triple check your work before submitting it
