I did not receive a direct message from the Kaya Bot, what should I do?

We're sorry that you're experiencing this issue. Let's try some solutions to successfully verify your email on the Kaya Tasks' Discord server.

1: On Kaya Tasks Discord server, click the 👥 icon on the top-right corner to see member list.
2: Right-click on Kaya Bot.
3: Select Message.
4: Send your Kaya Tasks email address to Kaya Bot via direct message to verify your Discord account.

If you are unable to send or receive messages from Kaya Bot,

Go to User Settings (the ⚙️ icon on the lower left side near your user ID).

Select Privacy & Safety.

Turn on the “Allow direct messages from server members” option.

Then, leave the server and click the joining link again, which can be found on your Kaya Tasks onboarding page.

You should be able to receive a new message from the bot. If you still don't receive any, try the Manual DM method.
